Contact information is also available and the dealer should be able to locate an ignition interlock device installer in your area. There is currently no location in Illinois that is more than 28 miles from a Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BAIID) installation center. You can also find local breath alcohol ignition interlock installers in Illinois by visiting the Illinois Secretary of State’s website.
Remember one of these dealers must be contacted for interlock installation arrangements within 14 days of the issuance of the permit.
